Hi i just Got Red Faction and being a moderate fan of the series i was very excited to play it. I have a okay if not a little old system, 8800 nvdia 4 gigs of ram dual core pentium processor. The game runs fine until i use the Guerrilla Hand book. I'll open it and it will run fine for like one second but then it just start repeating a word over and over and over again, like DUSTDUSTDUSTDUSTDUSTDUST.
So i though okay fine i won't use the hand book and all was well until i got to a mission were the brefieng was a video. Then it started doing the same thing.
If you could provide any help i would be most gratful

Okay I just solved the problem by updating Direct X. if anyone has the same problem just download and run this
