Quality configs for Portal and Half-Life 2 + Episodes?

I've wanted to play through them again (especially Portal). Are there any good "quality" configs to raise the detail of the games? Maybe even enhance motion blur, and stuff like that for more "Realism", if you want?

Basically, yeah.

And HD =/= Good quality.
