Hey Facepunch! As some of you may know, the Men of War: Assault Squad beta ended a couple days ago on January 3rd, 2011. The game is a standalone expansion to Men of War, a 2009 game made by 505 games and Aspyr. The beta lasted for a couple months but sadly it had to be ended. However, you can help revive it! If the Steam Group gets 20,000 members, the beta will be re-opened along with a new faction - The Soviets! Here's how to do it.

[B]2.[/B] Press login in the upper right corner.

All jokes aside, this game really is worth the time it takes to join the group. It's great fun, even if you suck at it like me :v:
I only own the original men of war, but it's good for reenacting parts in wars I guess, the editor is pretty cool.
For those who haven't played Assault squad, It's superior in almost every way, infantry are much more useful, MG's are dangerous like they should be. Much more optimized system so you either lag less or you can crank up your settings. Much improvement over original MoW.
Come on people. If everyone took 30 seconds to do this on the GGD we would have 20,000 members in no time.
