Imagine half life 2 deathmatch with rpg elements. This is what modular combat is. Modular combat 1.75 is going to be released today which will have over 50 modules to choose. This game has 4 modes. Death match, Team death match, Players Vs Monsters(NPCS) or free for all(death match with monsters) Every kill gives you experience and once you get a amount you level up. You get 2 module points to spend on ur suit.
There is a large range of things you can spend you points on from lasers to turrets to summoning npcs to teleporting or strength or even invisibility. This mod is a really well made mod and the update is going to add alot of fun things to use.
There are three factions(teams) you can choose to be on, The Rebels, the Combine and the Aperture Science(no you dont get a portal gun) BUT for your melee weapon you get a aperture camera :D

This is not beta its getting released today, It'll have a dedicated UK server and my USA Server(east coast)
This mod is pretty fun, I just wish people would stop voting for PvM all the time.
Its a fun mod only problem is new version crashes servers ever 10 minutes.

I normally play on the freeman arena. Currently the game is unbalanced, yet fun(A tester told me this, they just released without balance testing), next release should fix this though.

Yeah, this is the best server, but i don't like how you have to make a new character when you join a new serv. it means you have to stick to the same one all the time if you wanna progress.
This shit's fun. I use long-jump and acid spit a lot. I'll leap up onto high places, lurk around, then lunge into someone's face, spew acid on them, then start beating them with my stunstick. Fuck yeah.

Ugh, i played it, Its HL2:DM but with Npcs and turrets and explosives fuck-EVERYWHERE. The Players vs. Npcs is good fun though.

Seriously, unless you have attrition, or level 10 crits, you're not going to be able to kill Fluffy, without excessive prop spam.

I saw him when he first joined, thankfully, I got level 10 crits and clip, and I'm working on level 10 damage.
I've only killed him, what, twice.
As a note, they were lucky kills, Crits help but you won't be able to beat him without atleast two people already on him, or some revolver crits.
