Minecraft is not an MMO, make a post in Game Discussion forum and add more information to you OP, Pictures, Rules, Also Stop Talking Like This It Gets On Peoples Nerves.
Theres a lot of minecraft servers out there, you need something special to make people choose yours. As of your OP I have to say I wouldnt join your server, make an effort.
