RTS with large units? - Games

I have been craving some real time strategy games with large and small units or just large units. does anybody know of any good ones?

Dawn of War. Space marines are about twice the size of a normal person. And are strong enough to lift 5 of you with one hand. Hell. He'd use the entire US army as a back up squad compared to just one of em.

Supreme Commander has realistically scaled units, if that's what you're asking.

Well I heard the Halo Wars units are going to be pretty big so when that comes out you should check it out

Dawn of war vehicles aren't tiny, they take up a good chuck of the screen. Dawn of war is at a small scale, so everything is bigger.

Worldshift. Has more of a small scale with larger units style.

Supreme Commander. The most basic unit (the walker) is the size of a tree.

Dawn of War, definitely. Each race has a "power" unit, I'll call it, like Orks have a Squiggoth, Choas Space Marines have a Daemon Prince and a Bloodthirster, Eldar have an Avatar of War, Necrons have that thing that looks like Death, etc.

Supreme Commander.

Company of heroes to some extent. A king tiger takes up 1/5 of the screen if you're playing without zooming in or out.

I think he means on the massive scale, such as a large behemoth or such unit that can take out dozens of small infantry units, something along those lines.
