We all used to Go onto newgrounds, play games, find out about the "Mature" Section, learn about the female body and what your "Wiener" is actually used for right? If not you lie! To keep it short, Kongregate is a Flash Game site like all the mofunzone, newgrounds and 2flashgames stuff, except it's a whole lot more fun! The things that separate Kongregate apart from all the rest are actually what makes it great. [b]Contests and Submissions:[/b] Everybody can submit their own game and if it is high rated enough, You can win tons of moneyz! Weekly prize money = $250USD, Monthly = $1500USD!!! so show your stuff![/i] [b]Profiles, Achievements and Leveling[/b] Your profile is your soul in Kongregate. Games which are high rated are usually chosen to have achievements set to them, this allows the game to make you feel more proud of yourselves that you are working to gain something instead of just sitting on your arses, eating crisps and playing some flash games. Achievements update every Monday and Friday i think. The achievements also come in different standards! Easy - this is easy arse Medium - More challenging Hard - Oh bloody hell, you are gonna find most of these “hard” Impossible - Get ready to implode! Leveling is based on how many points you can get. Points are gained by getting achievements, Hosting a game and getting good ratings for it, referring friends and events which come every know and then. as you level, your points will be put on a leader boards thing so you can see how well you are doing compared to the rest of the world! It's pretty cool. All my favourite flash games. Not enough achievements though, it's pretty much: "Finish the tutorial, Win the game"

Newgrounds has contests, profiles a point/leveling system and unlockable surprises along with challenges. Plus they have their forums filled with talented flash artists who'll help you out with actionscript troubles or animation techniques. So I'm not sure what you're talking about, it SEEMS like you're just doing it for whatever they give you for referring people, which posting it on facepunch could surmount to be a lot.
