I plan on buying the game but I want to be able to play multiplayer.
the PC version is rather shit, get the xbox version, I bet there's still people playing that
I play the xbox version all the time. It's a really good game.
I thought GRAW2 for 360 was pretty good. For PC it was shit.
The PC version is good, I don't know if people still play it though.
There are servers up for the PC but not many. It's a really fun game if you find a friend to play with and you in co-op.
Just don't buy it for the PC, it's complete shit.
