Every single MMO I play, I can't seem to like it. They are either boring, horrible animations, or something along the lines of that. Here is a list of MMO's I played that I hate.
RuneScape (I actually used to like this, I hate it now though)
Fiesta Online
World of Warcraft
Guild Wars
MapleStory
Flyff
Endless Online
Allods Online
Club Penguin
Right now I'm playing Eve online, it seems pretty good, I'm gonna give it a few more goes to see if I can get into it.
So you're probably wondering, so, what do I say?
Well, I say, recommend me a game (price doesn't matter)
Shoot away

It's free and you can rape other players and hit zombies with a chain and shit.
Join a corporation if you want to play eve. The PvP in this game is intense, and everyone is on their toes. Theres traps around every corner, and you have to outsmart them. My first PVP roam we managed to destroy a ship nearly around a billion isk in cost. Everyone of our ships, including upgrades and implants wouldn't even count for half of that. And remember, stay with the same corporation when your doing missions, soon you'll be able to do level 4s and thats when you become self sufficient.
MMOs are boring shit.
SandBox is fun, and EVE is sand box with an MMO skeleton, win.
Champions online is great fun, it's had a lot of bad press but the game itself was great. I played Warcraft for a few years but found this much more fun.

Yeah. Champions had an extremely rocky start when it was released, but it's gotten more content (such as a new zone) since then.
I'll try Champions Online then.
Try out Darkfall
theres a $1 trial out which gives you a week worth of play.
I have the same problem. Have tried a bunch of MMOs but they all seem to have the same, boring concept: "Go there, kill that, retrieve that, receive reward".
Then I found Eve. And now I'm happy.
Beware though, Eve can be boring as hell in the beginning when you're training skills. I gave up on Eve 2 times, with a year or so between each time, before I finally decided to get seriously involved in Eve.
Just tried Champions Online, the demo of it.
It was great, I loved every part of it, the combat, I am an archer, there are a bunch of other things I'd like to try as well. I'm gonna buy the game as soon as I get $20.
Just a question, is there a class that allows me to fly at the beginning of the game? I saw one with wings, I don't know if I can fly with that one though.
Man, I'm in the exactly same boat.
And I bet loads of other people are too.
I've just downloaded ''Battle of the Immortals'', from PerfetWorld.
OB starts at 5th may, people say its a lot like Diablo, and has basically same classes, so I'm gonna try that x_x.
It's better not to invest cash into MMO's. That way, you aren't getting screwed for not liking it.
^ Yeah, kinda annoying to pay 3 months and then get bored as shit after two weeks of grinding.

After you go through the tutorial (the area with the bug aliens) and make it to a crisis zone, you can go to a place called a powerhouse where you can pick a travel power. The game has no "classes" and is completely open. It's both good and bad; PvPers tend to hoard all of the overpowered powers leaving concept characters in the dust, but at the same time it allows players to create almost any type of superhero they can think of. To be truly effective though, people tend to specialize in the usual tanking, DPS, support, etc. And just a word of warning, I'd wait a bit before getting into the game; it's suffering from a slight content shortage. It was a lot worse when it was released, but the noticeable lack of content is still there.

I can't play further until I buy the game anyways, and I have no money right now, so I guess I'll have to wait.
I felt in love with wurm, but it just takes too much time...
When you aren't able to 'get into' an MMO, it tends to mean that you wouldn't really fit the genre. MMOs are made to be repetitive. They hook people on their grinding gameplay since a certain demographic love that kind of thing. If you don't get addicted to grinding, questing and levelling up your characters with better gear and stuff then it cuts down the number of MMOs you will enjoy tenfold.
EVE is very different from most other MMOs. It is alot more.. 'mature'. It requires forethought, tactical planning and teamwork to get forward.
There's also casual MMOs which aren't so grindtastic. They tend to be though, as the genre implies, casual. So, simplified gameplay.

It's funny how you called that piece of shit an mmo.

Once you get past the intro bit (defeating the Qularr invasion), you will get to go to a Powerhouse when you go to either the Canada or Desert Crisis. From there, you get to select any travel power you want.

Just because it's a bad game doesn't mean it's not an MMO.
And it's not necessarily bad, just not for my agegroup, I used to play it when I was little (like 11).
I'm 15 now, so it's not something that appeals to me anymore
MMO games aren't for everyone, and a lot of them are the same copy & paste setup: Create character, grind levels, gain currency, defeat boss, repeat. It's extremely boring if you don't have friends to play with, or at least make a few buddies online.
Stick with EVE, it's pretty unique and fun in my experience. Just be prepared for long training queues and ship-losses.
Champions Online sucks large amounts of shit, play City of Heroes instead

and eve is a spreadsheet simulator
A couple of good MMO's I had fun with.
Darkfall: FPS style MMORPG you run in first person. Its full pvp. Player based economy. Skill based (no "leveling" but you still have to level you skills up to do sh*t in pvp) Completely PVP/GVG(guild vs guild) based game. In a guild you can create cities, again player based you have to get all supplies, and also take them from other people. It is limited to a stone (cant remember the exact name) which you have to bind your city to and start around that stone. Cant just create one on a really small island big enough to hold a tower.
LOTRO: Based off of Lord of the Rings, you play a character which you create from 8 different classes who follows the fellowship around. Mostly quest based/dungeon based it's a fun game and I can get from 1-20 in about 6 hours. Max lvl currently is 65 although they may/most likely will change it due to the expansions which will come. LOTRO is currently on the Mirkwood expansion (I should say is about to) and they already passed Mines of Moria.
PVP is fun although limited to one map but it's a rather large area with 5 different keeps that you can capture and 2 others which are PvE and also can temp capture. 2 starter keeps which is impossible to take.
Overall I would give Darkfall an 8/10 and Lotro a 9/10.
Darkfall has a pretty engrossing feel, especially to me because I am a FPS (mostly) player, although it seemed like a grind when sometimes I would spend hours and hours a day hitting a guy who would continually heal himself to level up myskills. Not the most fun way to level up but it was the (supposedly) quickest. That was the only grind I saw.
Lotro had that "WoW" feel with tons of dungeons you can roam around and if you are a LOTR fan this is a game you want to check out.
*edit: I have played 6 different mmo's, including wow, and these are the only 2 I stuck with more than 6 months.
and eve is a spreadsheet simulator
More like Work Spreadsheet 2010 on steroids and crack. Too bad it has a monthly fee (Which I despise).

You can actually buy game time with in game money, granted you will have to pay for a while to get to a point where you make enough money a month to get a timecard.
Anarchy Online?
Team Fortress 2 is going to be an mmo after the engie update

Do you even know what an MMO is?
Or are you just trolling?
Clearly a troll. A bad one.
