Dead Space 2 on Steam?

I want to buy Dead Space 2, but I wanted to know if it would be available for Steam or not? If not, does anyone have any experience downloading games from Gamestop? Don't really want to get the physical disc, but will if I need to

Thanks in advanced, because I know Dead Space in on Steam, but I didn't know if they would have it for preorder or not. I don't care about the special pre order gun.

Considering Dragon Age II is published by EA and that's prepurchasable on Steam as of today I doubt it. They probably just haven't added it yet

OutOfExile2, I don't believe you have any idea of what's going on between EA and Steam. EA are pissed that Valve are the market leaders in DD and want a bigger cut than 70% from their sales. So they withheld Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition from Steam and put it on every other competitors website. Dragon Age 2 only came on sale for pre-purchase today, the day AFTER the Signature Edition ended.
