So I was playing Rock Band with my friends, when my PS3 froze. Everytime I try to start the PS3 it's says that I'm missing a correct hard drive. THE FUCK!?

guessing here, but the message implies that the harddisk is dead, install a new and bigger one.
It tells you to a bug fix which checks it and doesn't erase anything. Except your images and music.

I had this once, I ended up buying another one beceuse sony charged me 200 dollar for repair, and even then i would have to wait 4 weeks to get it back. so fuck it. they could have it dident pay shit.
Alternatively you could have boughten a new hardrive and saved a lot of money.
