I was playing online (Also, I am friends with Scavy) and we couldn't find a single fat person, same thing in my singleplayer game!
Does anyone know where they are hiding!?

Yeah, they're all in Vice City and San Andreas
Some of them are hiding at Burger Shot.
They either died from being fat or lost weight.
