Why does my game list look like this?

I was not sure whether to put this in Technical Support or here, so I'm just gonna put it here.
I have a problem with my game list in steam, it looks like this:

Does anyone know how to get the icons working?
I've never had icons before, I think this is something that got messed up because I was in the SteamUI beta.
