Forgot the name of a space game

Hi, I am trying to remember the name of a game based in space which was in development, it's an MMO and you spawn on a random planet and have to use RTS style elements to build buildings until you could build a custom spaceship which could be then used to fly through wormholes, etc. It used to have a ton of lag in development and the graphics weren't fantastic. Oh and it was an indie game, the name was possibly [blank] of horizon, or something.
