SMOD problem

Yeah, hl2 works great on all high on my computer, but smod however does not.
i can put it on all lows and still, LAG. help me please?

i hope 700 gigs wont take too long with 200 gig already filled up :S

Actually, defragging the steam folders and games is okay. However, when you defrag your ENTIRE hard drive, especially if it is 700gigs like mine, you will 'tire out' your hard drive, possibly becoming damaged or even run at a slower speed. This is because defragmentation go through every single files in the hard drive.

Although, if you have started on the defrag., i suggest you continue, cancelling just make everything FUBAR.

ok i did this, cancelling thing accidently :(

well, it does seem to be waring off but...
garrys mod lags a bit
hl2 dosent much but yeah
if i move windows around to fast it lags
and my sidebar most of the time my cpu WAS at 30 % but now its going down to 10 %
