After having looked at your video for about 2 minutes, I was dizzy and annoyed. And I couldn't hear shit.

I looked at part 3, your mic was a bit better but still couldn't hear shit captain. Also, stop spazzing out when you are running around. You keep throwing your mouse around like you have Parkinsons disease. Makes it horrible to watch.

I didn't find the mouse movement so bad, but you need to turn up your mic volume and stop speaking quieter at the end of your sentences.
