Has anybody in London pre-ordered something from Game.co.uk recently?

Quick question, I have pre-ordered DJ Hero from Game.co.uk, and in the delivery options it said:

Free UK Express Delivery
Royal Mail Something-or-other
Royal Mail Something-or-other again

Am I right to be under the impression that "Free UK Express Delivery" will mean my parcel will come by courier? That would mean I would actually get my post, and not be hit by the retarded fucking postal strikes happening next week. (Thursday-Saturday)

I think they Express deliver is done via courier, seeing as it's the only one without RM in it's name. Just avoid Royal Mail at all costs right now, chances are you won't get it for a week or two, unless they hired temp postmen.

Yeah, that's what I thought. What I think I will do is go to Game tomorrow and ask them to hold a copy for me, then just cancel the online order.

Having read further into this, on the website it does actually say "Express Delivery (ie not the royal mail) will be blah blah blah." Thanks anyways.

I think with amazon prime it comes by courier, but that's all I know.

i pre-ordered with GAME and my package was due on friday, the peak of the strike
i chose free delivery but they sent a 3rd party courier for free to avert problems

All their other services are RM I believe, I was lucky to have received Uncharted 2 a day or so earlier than they stated, or I would never have got it.
