Do any Facepunchers go to the 'Fan Wikis' of games they play?

Long story short, I go to the Fallout Wiki on a fairly regular basis, and I usually have it open on my Laptop or in another window when I'm playing Fallout 3. I use it mostly for reference, or when I'm wondering if there's any good loot in an area I'm in. To date, that Wiki has helped me out quite a bit and has been remarkably accurate, and I've also edited it a little bit.
So I was wondering if there are any Facepunchers who use or have used in the past fan wikis while playing their respective games. Say, like the Halo Wiki or the CoD Wiki, when playing those games respectively.
So, are there any Facepunch Gamers who use fan wikis?

Added a poll. :v:
yeah theyre pretty helpful expeccially on like fallout 3
Yes. Lot of them have cool info about the developers I never knew.
All the time, they have both useful information and interesting facts.
I do also
If I'm stuck, or want to know what the best weapon/spell/move in the game is.
Space ponies!
Unless it's like an MMO, or an RPG, that often requires you to look things up, then no.
All the time.
The Dwarf Fortress wiki is the king of all fan wikis.
I use it for RPG's like Oblivion, some of the quests are confusing as fuck.

Cookies to the first man who gets the reference.
It's practically a necessity for fallout 3 for me.
I found one for my favorite game, can't believe I never looked it up!

It's a bit lacking though

Sometimes. The Vault (Fallout Wiki) is really nice and I've even created a few pages for items and stuff after FO3 DLC was released. I end up reading everything about everything in the game universe.
I spent about an hour on the GTA wiki looking at what the cars in all the games were based on.
The GTA Wiki is really in depth, almost a two-page article for every vehicle.

Thar she blows. :v:
Only for some rpgs mostly.
Or if I need quick info
The first thing I do when I get a game is look for a wiki on it. They're really useful and give you some more information about the game.
Yes. The Haven and Hearth wiki is almost required to play the game effectively.
Dwarf Fortress, Fallout 3, Oblivion, CoD, Sword of the Stars...
I use them a lot.
The Elder Scrolls Wiki is amazing.

Most times, I use fan wikis to read more about the game's universe. A lot of games' stories are incredibly in-depth but they can't flesh it out during the course of the game without it being boring to mainstream gamers
Rarely, though I find myself checking out the Minecraft wiki at times.
I use bulbapedia the pokemon one. It also covers the anime and comics.
I also use the Halo and Fallout ones already mentiond in the thread.
All the time. I even wish there was a Wikia app for the iPhone because they're kinda difficult to browse using an iPhone.
I used the Fallout3 fan wiki once or twice on my last play-through.

Was. For awhile, the only information you'll be seeing are stubs after stubs after stubs.
I could spend hours looking at them. Assorted RPG Series especially, lots of beautiful information. Final Fantasy Wiki and FFXIClopedia, very nice.
Dwarf Fortress wiki. Without this, the game would never get new players. Ever.
