This was a PSX game, I remember very vividly.
It was a bike racing game, not motorcycle, a bike racing game downhill. There was a small green meter and you held X to pedal the bike but if you used all your energy up in the green meter you had to coast downhill.
I can't remember for the life of me what it was called. Does this sound familiar to any of you?
