• GTA IV Mods not working?

(Kind of wish we had the GTA board back, or atleast a RockStar games one) My GTA IV is 1.0.2.0 No CD Cracked and I tried installing .net scripthook Xliveless YAASIL .net framework 3.5 .net framework 4 I have the frameworks and xliveless working, but I tried installing tuning mod and SuperSpawner and they don't work. What should I do?
