Seriously, sometimes i find playing with the game mechanics only, simply too dumb just to pull over a story that just ruins the gameplay and never lets you really see how long you could fly with that paraglider or how many zombies you could exterminate before loosing the last life, finding all the bugs, lagging, being someone else than just that silly soldier, a chicken maybe..
So umm, i would like to see some sandboxes, very nice free ones, if its a game or engine sandbox, i dont care, i would prefer engine sandboxes. But.. umm links?

He's right about that, its a great, easy and fun editor, and they made it free to use as well. You may not have the crysis SP maps, but since you don't want them anyway you can get this, and you have all the MP maps to modify with AI/missions however you like. Plus the next time they have a free trial week (which crytek will) You can just play online for free.
Sandbox 2 is almost like an editor form of Garry's mod. I learned it within several days, and its the most amazing and versatile editor I've ever used. Just look at flowgraphs. People mod the game without ever doing outside coding, and even make things like RTS's or hack-and-slash RPGs out of it, or even GTA themed mods. It's damn powerful.

Actually, I've played it before. And tbh it sucked ass. The only remotely fun part was multiplayer editing, but even then people wont respond to you and everyone is either a A. Idiot or B. Asshole.
Also its WAY too quake-y for my likes.

And besides it was the only release after 9, so it would make it 10 if you were trying to incorrectly mention version numbers.
Maybe he mentioned Gmod9 because it was the last free one and OP asked for free stuff
