I just recently heard that valve was releasing left 4 dead 2 early on Nov 16 at 9pm valve time, but then some other guy told me it was 9pm eastern time. Someone please clear that up im so confused right now
If what it says on the store page is right, it should be 8-9pm EST on November 16.

Just Check the L4D2 Official Steam group and go to announcements.. should tell you the time that its gonna be released.
