Sourcemod won't work, help!

Yeah, I've tried to install sourcemod for TF2 and when I type in meta list in console it just says "unknow command "meta""

I have the .vdf files setup and ready, sourcemod is installed and ready and I have tried both dedicated and listen servers.

C:/program/steam/steamapps/***********/team fortress 2/tf/addons/metamod

C:/program/steam/steamapps/***********/team fortress 2/tf/addons/sourcemod

I've checked multiple tutorials but none of them help.
