I recently had to reinstall Windows 7 due to fucking a few things up. I installed Steam and got it all set up, only to notice it doesn't work like it used to. Used to I could right click on it in the taskbar and it would come up with the list of options (friends, settings, library, etc.) and recently played (or pinned) games. Now it shows nothing. Is there an option I need to turn on that I missed?

I've already tried editing the Taskbar Menu/Jumplist Preferences under the Interface tab in the settings dialogue. It doesn't take hold even after restarting Steam.
