Hi.I am onto this bit on Vortacoil [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxFqd8fMXgo&feature=related[/url] (07:11 to 8:36) but instead of the lift coming down when I press the button,the vortigaunt shouts "the tether is cut!" and doesn't tell me anything else,the lift dosn't move and i end up being killed by the endless hordes of antlions and zombies.Can someone tell me how to complete this level please?

Do you have a save right before that map starts? Just sounds like a really crappy bug.
