Well my friend account was hacked,and im fucking pissed-off about it and i want to help him and report it to valve.
But i don't know how so any help would be great.
Also only him can report that his account was stolen?

Ok so a huge problem hapenned,his account it's really old and he didn't know the e-mail that he used on it,so he can't get his account back?
Also if we show valve proof that his was account was hijacked they will do something?
Well he purchased or got gifted games right? He should have received e-mails to which ever e-mail account his steam was registered to.
And if your friend gets the account back, tell him to verify it.
