So yea can i do it on the 360

Not in campaign, and not on PC.

Edit: By that I mean that there's a special game mode, separate from campaign, which is co-op. This mode has split screen on xbox and ps3, but only online on PC.

spec ops is co-op nothing else.

yes there split-screen spec ops
