Failed to load the launcher DLL - What the fuckidy fuck!?

I downloaded the left4dead2 demo yesterday, been really anxious to play, but when i try and launch it, I get this:

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong?

I presume I'm missing some DLL file, so if this is the case, could someone with the L4D2 demo upload it please.

PS google turned up fuck all, I just know other people have had the same problem with different games.
