Devil's Tuning Fork is an experimental Escher-influenced indie puzzle FPS made by some smart guys at an university.
It's about navigating pitch-black rooms by sending sound waves through the room and seeing the sound waves travel. There are three kinds of sound waves, the default one sends a sound wave in every direction, the other sends a low frequency sound wave that travels on the ground, and the third is a charged sound "blast" that ricochets of certain surfaces. Sound awesome? It is.
It's also extremely creepy for certain reasons.:tinfoil:

Wow. That does look extremely creepy.
Interesting concept for a game.
It crashes right when I start it.
Am I the only one getting mouse lag? Kind of like I'm looking around in "steps".

It can get really laggy at times, but not less than 15-20 fraps for me. It mostly runs just fine.
uhm guys how dare you not read this thread
Gonna have to check this out, looks pretty awesome.
Looks cool; downloading.
Can't start the game, it says I my GPU has to support Shader 3.0, and it does.
17 kb/s, hell no.
There was a game like this years ago, completely black, needed an X360 controller, used vibrations to show direction, fucking awesome.
That was awesome.
For the people who are getting "mouse lag", I found out that it's not mouse lag. When the lines move, you feel like you get mouse lag, even though you don't. Pretty awesome imo.
Also, bump, its really awesome more peeps need to see. :buddy:
