Pretty self-explanatory, what games made you feel like a complete badass while playing?
My personal game was Ace Combat 5, for various reasons. First off, it's because you are basically a flying tank with missiles.
Perhaps my most favorite point about it, however, is the fact that your opponents recognize you are a badass, they know your name and they say how much they are shitting their pants when they recognize your insignia, hell, I loved it when my fame apparently caused a change in the battle, such as the enemy doing a full on rebellion just so they don't have to fight me.
Half Life 1 & 2
You're a god damn mute scientist with a degree from MiT who bashes the shit out of aliens with a god damn crowbar.
Serious Sam.

Don't forget he managed to get a 4.0 from MIT in perhaps the hardest subject, whilst maintaining the physique of a Tri-athlete and apparently with enough spare time to grow a badass goatee.
Prototype
Crysis
Max Payne
Been playing Serious Sam: The Second Encounter, it's pretty badass.
I feel quite badass in Borderlands sometimes, when I've found an awesome weapon.
Any Duke Nukem game.

this.
Assassins Creed II and I haven't even played it.
Chronicles of riddick, of course.
Max Payne
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Black
GTA IV
Mass Effect (when playing as a badass who punches reporters and hangs up on the Council)
Duke Nukem 3D.
End of discussion.
Call of duty 4: Modern Warfare
Well apparently not.
Red Faction: Guerrilla. Enemies are challenging and intelligent, making for very difficult gameplay, but when you do kill enemies/cause destruction, you feel like you've actually beaten the odds, not slaughtered masses of brain-dead AI who don't prove to be any challenge.
The Specialists
Ninja Gaiden Black, though you will get your ass kicked by the enemies.
Otogi 1-2, hitting an enemy and sending him flying into the hill leaving a crater feels great (and when you get uber-swords...).
Jade Empire if you go with the "I'll kill everyone I meet because I want to and no one can stop me" style.
That one where you go back in time to historical wars but you get futuristic weapons so you basically just beat the shit out of fucking everything.
Lego Rock Band
You can play as Freddie Mercury
LEGO FUCKING FREDDIE MERCURY
