I have $5, and some of the X-Com games are $5. Which one would you recommend?

As it reads in the title, I have $5 to kill and noticed the older X-COM games are for sale, and I've never played X-Com before. I would like to quickly hear what some of the X-COM fans here on Facepunch would recommend for a newcomer to that series.
