Ok, I bought my friend KOTOR at the sale because of the quality and price and he finally got it installed about 10 minutes ago.
When he started it up everything was going to fast. Blinking lights (in the menu), when the explosions appeared and Trasks mouth moved way too fast, his mouth had finished talking at 1-2 seconds, even though the sound played in normal speed. Also some of the textures were all black.
If you know a solution to this problem please answer and help. Thanks.

Steps:
1: Start the fucking game.
2: Fucking press CTRL ALT DEL
3: Go to the fucking processes.
4: Right click that piece of shit with kotor
5: Click that damn set affinity button.
6: disable all but one of those fucking cores.
7: Apply, exit, and have fun fucking bastilla.

geforce 8800gt, AMD Athlon (tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 2,0Ghz inte 3.8, Realtek AC97 Audio AGEIA PhysX 100 Series PCI Card
His mothercard is a not to new Nvidia

Now I want to play it, but I can't because it crashes randomly all the time... anyone got a fix for that?
I got vista 32-bit and with almost the same specs as my friend.
Motherfucker, the way to fix the crashing is to do the fucking following:
Travel to the goddamed folder the Kotor game is in, and locate the damned INI file (It's called swkotor.ini you dumbass)
Then go right underneath the GRAPHICS OPTIONS section and place this shit after the last line in that fucking section: Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1
This fixes the fucking crashing.

Forgot to tell you you have to open the ini first before finding the graphics option settings. If you do this shit right it should look like this:
