While I also doubt it, I hope it comes out soon. I'm really looking forward to the mana standardization of buffs and Surge of Light being useful again. And being able to change aspects while mounted.

Wow. I actually usually have decent luck with my pugs, in fact I rarely don't pug heroics, and I still get around a 70% success rate on dungeons I tank. The way the article is phrased seems to imply that I should be getting more like 40% or so. I guess I must be a better tank than I thought?

With this buff, the JP and VP buff, and the dungeon nerf, seems like we're coming in closer to faceroll heroics again-- although hopefully if this is true for now they'll re-buff the dungeons.
I'm looking forward to the various class buffs/nerfs, and the increase in profit when selling Archaeology trash.
