I have set up a server for Sven Coop 4.07, the IP address is [b]127.0.0.1:27015[/b] and the password is [b]fuckingincredible[/b], we're currently playing through the HL1 SP maps although I will be willing to change the map to please our needs.
If you have Sven Coop installed, jump right in, however if you don't, then download it straight from [url=http://www.moddb.com/mods/sven-co-op]their ModDB page[/url] (you will need the 4.0B build AND the 4.07 patch).
There will be semi-strict rules, but I cannot keep eyes on everything going on so if you see someone spoiling the game for others, tell me or an admin and they will take care of it.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but no one will be able to join through that IP address. You need to include your external IP address.

You can find your external IP address here ([url]http://whatsmyip.org[/url]), and you'll need to make sure you've entered 'sv_lan 0' into the console within Sven Co-op. If people are still unable to join after that, then you'll need to do some port forwarding, which someone can explain because I don't know a huge amount about it.
It says my real IP is 86.131.77.7.
You need to get a static IP.
Where is the server regionally?
