Eve Online: Dominion - Games

Eve Online has released its new expansion yesturday on dec 1st incuding upgraded graphics with highly detailed planets (uses with the full potential of Dx10 including moving clouds), new ships, factions can take over 0.0 systems and set pirates spawn rate and other ingame features. Great, but they still haven't fixed the fact that it's too easy to get assraped by player-pirates even if you have a mining ship with very good munitions.

After I got blown up about 3 times in a row and lost all my cash I stopped playing

I tried EVE and it was pretty fun, except for the fact it took a month to get my ship and then realized minning in an astroid field for an hour isn't as fun as it looks or sounds.

It's like me starting up TF2, looking at the server browser and then quitting.

They want people to do what they think is fun, if you don't like to mine then don't. It is that simple.

I used to enjoy mining. Just being in a group of people doing something productive and doing my homework or reading a book. But after awhile it gets hella boring. EVE is one of those games where if you're a carebear you're supposed to do other things when playing.

Why doesn't anyone use the section for these things?

I quit because eve (or any MMO) takes up a crapload of time. And my school, friends and girlfriend where suffering from it.

Meh I love this game but don't like how long the skills take to level. A month are you kidding me!?
