Oblivion Locks up After Playing for a Couple of Minutes

Title explains it.
After playing for about two minutes or so, the game locks up, and I have to end it's process.
But let's be clear: It doesn't freeze. It locks, the keyboard and mouse lock into the last commands being used. I haven't installed any mods, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, and it's really starting to get on my nerves.

Mine started locking up after I switched to Win7. No idea why. Sucks though. :frown:

Compatibility issues maybe? Even though Win7 is good, XP is alot more better for now, until newer games are gonna use DX12 or what not

Oblivion is basically a brick to me now, and that's pretty lame.
