Which would you rather have? 5 AMAZING games for the price of one or a GTA Western? My little brother(12) and I (16) are at a stalemate. See, we just got off for summer break last thursday, our parents are letting us buy something via steam to reward us for a good year. I hear RDR is an excellent game with fantastic story, but I would rather have Portal, Half Life 2, 2.1, 2.2, and Team Fortress 2. What do you think?
Orange Box is only $20 right now, try to convince them to get them both because it's so cheap.
I think you should get the Orange Box first.
Orange box if it's for PC.
See if you can get both the Orange box is really cheap. And RDR isn't on the PC yet.
Depends on platform If PC then orange box If ps3 or 360 then RDR
RDR, hands down.
The Orange Box on PC then get RDR when it comes out on PC.
The Orange Box is only 20€ now, so buy that first, before the sale ends. If you can, buy both, but if not, get The Orange Box, which is full of games better than RDR. However RDR is a great game too :v:
Orange Box is worth the money!
Convince them to get the orange box on pc. Then get rdr on a console.
Orange Box. More value for the money, and 1 game? I am getting 250$ :P
If you're 16 you should be able to buy both games yourself.
If you're 16 you should be able to buy both games yourself.
RDR is an 18.
how about both Orange Box costs 7-8 euros for me, and it's steam key only in 5 minutes
Buy Orange Box now. Wait for RDR to come out on PC, then buy that too.
Orangebox. RDR is great in all, but Half-life 2 is a game that can't be beat.
Nothing can beat TF2
buying RDR on steam? what now? D:
Both are amazing, but Orange Box just may keep your attention longer.
Depends on platform If PC then orange box If ps3 or 360 then RDR
I agree with this.
everyone should own orange box by now
Definatly the orange box.
red dead redemption takes around 4 days to finish if you dedicate your time to it. You decide if it's worth it.
Even though I love playing RDR, I think I'd choose the Orange Box simply because it gave me hours upon hours of enjoyment.
Orange Box. You'll spend more time playing it then Red Dead Redemption. If you're going away then it's going to limit your multiplayer so you'd really be able to play Portal, Half Life 2, Episode 1 and Episode 2. Team Fortress 2 is all about multiplayer. But if you want something different go for Red Dead Redemption. I haven't played it myself as I don't have a console but from what I've heard it's an amazing game. It's hard to decipher between the two, try and get both.
Orange box.
If your parents are buying you a game via Steam, that automatically narrows it down to TOB, RDR isn't out for PC, nor have they speculated that it will.
Orange box by far :)
If your parents are buying you a game via Steam, that automatically narrows it down to TOB, RDR isn't out for PC, nor have they speculated that it will.
Rockstar ports nearly all of their games to PC in due time.
