Because FPSBanana decided to be an ass, i couldn't upload this there. Instead, i thought i could post it here and make myself look like a retard.
Basicly it replaces the CSS radio sounds with the HL1 soldier radio talk. I had to lengthen and shorten some voices, so i'm not sure if playing on someones server cuts out a part. Probably not, but it IS possible. Anyone can test it aand post their judgment.

Only way to enjoy CSS is to use voice_enable 0 or to be the guy making the 12 year olds rage.
This is not the only issue, all the admins in CSS are abusive and if you mute the mic youre bound to end up banned for disrespecting an admin because you couldnt hear them on the mic or they just like to fuck with people on the server.
CSS used to be fun, but now its just garbaged up with shit like Jailbreak.
Or go to a russian server and call everyone faggots. You lol eventually.
