• Guild Wars Problem: EotN Promotional

So I don't know if any of you have seen, but a new promotional has come along for Guild Wars that says that if you purchase any campaign (Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, or the Trilogy), you get Eye of the North free. Supposedly the EotN key is supposed to be automatically applied to your account and you'll be able to access it freely. So far, I have no Eye of the North on my accessible content list, nor am I able to access the Eye of the North access quests in the major cities after meeting their prerequisites. Anybody else make this purchase, and have this problem?

How is this late? He's asking a question. To answer: I'm pretty sure you have to buy it through Guild Wars' store. It's not worth it, you can get the games on Amazon for much much cheaper.

Do the quests and if it refuses to give you access, contact support and see if the key you put in gives you access. Or if you cant get those quests, well theres your answer.

Instead of installing from my discs I just download their client, add '-image' to the target line of the shortcut, and let it download the entire thing, all 3 campaigns and EotN in One go, so there isn't any downloading when going to a location you haven't been in yet, since if you use the discs, you have to download each place you visit anyway, so might as well get it over with

But because I bought it off their site, I have to use their installer. They just had no damn clue what I was saying and they had no clue what they were doing.

Sorry, tech support was damn slow on the draw, but about 6 days later, Eye of the North did appear on my account (with no word from tech...until AFTER the fact, when they pointed out the obvious). NCSoft can suck it, they need to improve their service.
