FortressCraft: Minecraft on the Xbox360

Just stumbled on this today:

Multiple people are already blaming him for making a shameless rip-off from Minecraft, although many forget Notch himself actually got the idea from Infiniminer.

I don't own a Xbox360 myself, but even if i have one i'd prefer Minecraft over this.
The main reason for that is because Minecraft is a good game, the lo res textures and the blocky world make up for a perfect match, the game is really complete IMHO. This is what makes Minecraft better from Infiniminer, they had the blocky world but normal textures, which makes it look like a cheap game.
Now this guy came, took the Minecraft idea (You can even see bookshelves and minecarts in the video) and ported it to the Xbox360. He added reflective water and hi res textures and basically broke the whole game, it just doesn't fit together anymore.

I'm sure minecraft looks better in low-res then high-res. I honestly couldn't play it if it took a runescape route and went "HD",

Though runescape failed at that.. Horribly.

True, but for any Java based game to go HD is like trying to put Crysis on the source engine.

Actually even though Minecraft was inspired by infiniminer he's stated many times that the only thing he got from it was rendering low-res textures without any real upscaling
