So I recruited myself like 2 weeks ago, and I ran out of gametime on my main acc today, so I purchase 3 months of gametime on my RaF acc so I would get free game time + rocket mount on my main acc. It's like an hour since I purchased it, and I still havent gotten my rewards, no free gametime, and no rocket.. Anyone know what might be the problem?
I tried calling blizz but their services are currently unavailable, and I got banned on the wow forums for apparently having shared an account.. I gotta call them to clear that up too, but like I said. The phone survice is unavailable.
So anyone know what the problem is ?
Fairly sure the account that referred it needs to be active, not 100% though.
I think you get the stuff when one month of subscription is used. Plus, I'm pretty sure there's a FAQ you could look into...

I read the FAQ, but it really didn't help me at all.The only thing it said was that I have to buy 2 months to get the rocket.
Does your RAF account have a level 40?

No, it has a lvl 30. But that's deffinitely not the problem.
I talked with blizz customer support now, the gm said she couldn't see any subscription, but it says I got a 3 month subscription on my page. So I sent a screenshot.. Waiting for further reply now.

If you got a 3 month subscription it will bill you at the end of each month, if you bought the game time from the blizzard store then it activates straight away, you get your free month when the person you refer uses their second month I think so therefore you will have to wait for 1 month to pass so the second month is billed before you get a free month on your main account.

No, 1 month is free gametime, 2 months is a rocket mount. I should get the free game time right away.

You will get the reward in about 4 - 5 hours. It took about that long for me :p
