So, should I get it? Is it like Day of Defeat? Is it realistic? Is it fun? It's cheap, and I heard some people saying it was good. I love DoD:Source, so should I buy this?
It's realistic. I don't know why people say it's too realistic when it's supposed to be that way lol
It is absolutely brilliant, it's not exactly a simulation game. But it's very close and it's a great game to be based on the unreal 2004 engine. If you do love dod source you should buy this.
It is a slower style of gameplay. You will die, a lot. Personally I love it, and if you are into this style of game go for it.

It's not like DOD at all, and it is realistic. Have fun getting stuck on rocks and dieing constantly.
It's a good tactical shooter with a pretty good tank system (armor penetration angles and all that), but the pixel hunting from the lack of artificial iron sight zoom might bother you if you run at a small resolution.
Despite what some believe, DoD is really not realistic.
That being said, Red Orchestra is well worth the money. GO BUY IT

I just bought it. Never played it before but it was only $5 so I decided to get it. I like the idea of some realism in a game. And also, my computer should run it pretty good.
Don't like it but if you like DoD:S I guess you'll like it because I don't like DoD:S either.

I tried it and really didn't like it, I loved the original Red Orchestra but found this one took a lot of the fun out of it. Also last time I tried it the community was dying quite a bit.
