what ive gotten from playing is that it's stylized solitaire with some minigames or something on the side, might be good for killing time or something.

Don't be a pedant. Games with story or a cooperative or competative element have emotional and (rarely) intellectual payoffs. Solitaire's only purpose is to pass time, no one plays for the thrill of solitaire.

I'm not quite sure how you're supposed to get it, I checked my inventory earlier on and it wasn't there so there might be something to it..
