For some reason my CSS Keeps freezing on startup. heres my computer Info
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090 Memory: 2048MB RAM206-1234)
DirectX Version: DirectX 10.0 (4.10.0000.5515)
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO
I can play other games that uses source engine like TF2 or Gmod. Its just CSS that wont even pass the first loading phase.
can you please help me i havent found a fix yet
Right Click CSS > Delete Local Content.
If that fails, delete the steamapps/counterstrikesource/cstrike folder.

i already tried that it still doesn't work
