WTF? Whenever I try to pop up my inventory it says "Can not connect to Steam" wtf is that?

You're in the right section.
Maybe you have connection problems, restart your computer, or try this:
1 - Shut down Steam (Sometimes it doesn't give you a shit and it's still running, so use the Task Manager to shut it down)
2 - Delete the steam folder (Except the inside folder steamapps and Steam.exe)
3 - Run Steam.exe, now it will automatically install everything.
But I want my itemssssssssssssss
