Reinstall.
It sounds like Zoey's model fucked up during download, or the map did. Either way, Zoey's model is the problem. Redownload if the above doesn't work.
Looks more like they arent being precached. You get this error a lot when adding in more models with Sourcemod, you can blame Valve for not just adding the L4D1 guys in completely and using some stupid cvars to load them specifically for certain maps.
Verify cache etc, if that doesnt work you could always try the precache l4d1 survivors command.
I wouldn't say reinstall if it's only the model that's bugged, just verify the cache; if that does not work then yes, a reinstall is advised.

Deleting your installed addons should fix the problem. I had this problem and reinstalling did not work. Glad to see your problem is fixed.

Nothing is starting. It had potential, but they fucked it up.
MW2 is not entirely shit, but its just an overprice expansion of MW.
Really it is, more so than L4D2 was over L4D1.
