you should update to a 4870 or something, it's an awesome card and cheap. because you won't be running the latest games with a 9800

Also, I can run on Highest settings, I got AMD Athlon X2 4000+ @ 2.1ghz 2gb ram 8800gt 512mb superclocked Windows XP 32 Etc, etc, I can run fullest settings. I think you can run 640x480 With shadow and texture quality at low or medium, maybe x2 AA, and Maybe Vsync... But that's just an educated guess... There are many underestimated pieces of hardware, who knows yours might have latent power. but I would recommend you go about upgrading your graphics card and processor first.

It's still a hassle when trying to broadcast video, on my channel [url]www.justin.tv/dustinm16[/url] , sure I can stream at 30fps, but the quality is raped, I can raise it, but, it lowers to about 12 frames...
