I decided to install this game again, only to find out i have a weird graphical bug, you can see through walls, and it's all really weird looking.

I had this problem with TF2, I suggest that you get a new graphics card.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to do anything with my graphics card.
Everything else runs 100% fine. (also, it's an old game)
Try downgrading your drivers.
Is it the steam version? If so, verify integrity of game cache and defragment cache files.
Download Pure Faction.
