what exactly do you mean by fast paced? Because some fights aren't exactly slow either. I found myself multi tasking and pausing a lot on the difficult fights, potting here, throwing a heal their, or positioning myself for CC there..
and then I learnt about tactics got a shit load of lyrium pots and just let them auto attack everything to death and the game become easy mode (on normal, that is)
