Well, as they have closed the GTA forum, and as I have question about something concerning it, I might as well post here.
I'm trying to copy ASI Loader to the GTA IV main directory, but when I try to copy it to the folder, 7-zip says:
cannot open output file C:\Program File(x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\dsound.dll
I'm guessing I need to run it adminstrator, but how? When I click on the link, it just automatically starts downloading.
And you'll probably flame me, but I don't care.
Note: If this is in the wrong section, move it please.

Its probably some anti-virus interfering with it because its a DLL
most likely. Vista can be good but sometimes be a pain in the arse.
Anti-virus not vista. Dumbass band wagoner.
Edit: Lets blame vista for our stupidity.
Extract it to your desktop then copy it to the GTAIV folder. And make sure to turn off the 'read only' attribute for any files you're replacing, if my first suggestion doesn't work.
